Returns & Exchanges

At Ocean Bottle & Ocean Brew, we want you to love your sustainable home and drinkware products. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
